This live online course is designed to help professionals improve how they communicate about aging issues through the use of well-framed messages. During four weekly interactive sessions (each 1.5 hours) with didactic teaching and facilitated exercises, participants will develop an understanding of reframing aging principles and practice using research-based communication tools in small groups. A fifth session will be offered several weeks later to provide participants the opportunity to meet with experienced framers to ask questions, seek feedback, and share lessons learned from practicing this new approach.  

The course is ideal for professionals who are responsible for communicating about issues, policies, and/or services related to aging and who are ready to change the way they communicate about aging.
