Christina Peoples

Gero-what?!®


Christina Peoples is a Gerontologist and the founder and creator of Gero-what?!®, an informative tool that aims to educate people about the aging process. Her passion is working with older adults and her desire is to educate people about the world of Gerontology. She is also a Health Promotion Coordinator at an Area Agency on Aging. Christina’s roots in Gerontology began at Winston-Salem State University. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Gerontology with a concentration in aging and business, which she obtained from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Christina’s research is focused on the intersection of ageism, racism, and sexism and the impact these overlapping identities have on individuals as they advance in age.
